Unfortunately, due to NDA, I can’t show my recent work at Amazon. Leading design on multiple internal projects, I primarily focused on UX design, design library, and research. Here are some brief notes about the work I did.

01 UX Design

Took initiatives in multiple projects as Sr. UX Designer for Amazon’s international expansion, export and global store business. Some examples include:

• Design solutions at scale to improve current mobile and desktop experience in multi-functional collaboration for different regional markets.

• Customer experience mockups for new footprint countries.

02 Design Library

Built the Figma team design library from scratch for the Core Export CX team.

03 Research

Conducted secondary research for new feature launches. 

Created workbooks for stakeholders and research plans for usability tests.
